I have looked on the bbfc website http://www.bbfc.co.uk/recent/films , I think considering other films of the same genre . e.g. Death note 1 and 2 within the last ten years theses have been 15 certificate, therefore I think the best certificate would be either 12a his post or 15. this will be decided shortly and added as a comment on to this post.
